Where can I found international delivery information?

DELIVERY will be 5-7 working days and can be from Saturday to Thursday. Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.

Your order will be sent out via our company driver.

If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is or call you and manage the suitable time for you when you are at home.

Please be advised that on any public holiday dates, deliveries will not be made.

A Telephone call shall be made to confirm the order and the address & time of delivery to avoid return of the items due to in availability.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive.

What happens, if you do not take over the goods?

You are obligated to pay the costs associated with the re-delivery, if the goods have to be delivered repeatedly or by other means of delivery due to the reasons on your side.

Should you not accept the goods, we are entitled to the reimbursement of the costs associated with the delivery or re-delivery and its storage, as well as other costs that arise due to not accepting the goods.

Furthermore, in such a case we have the right to withdraw from the contract.
